Beer Cellars
Liess is a traditional supplier of Fermentation, Maturation and Pressure Tanks for beer and for Ferment Cellars with its own engineering, production and assembly infrastructure. The tanks are sized according to international standards, built with a high level of finishing and according to the customer's particularities. The refrigeration jackets are manufactured with the exclusive Pillow Plate system, which consists of laser welding the jacket plates directly to the tank structure.
The result is a safe and high-performance thermal exchange system with operational savings and long equipment life. These tanks can be supplied in a wide range of sizes and volumes, meeting all the requirements of modern breweries, being delivered whole or with construction on site. The definition is determined by feasibility studies depending on the size of the tank and transportation costs, with the same level of finish and particularity, always seeking the lowest investment for the client. In addition to the tanks, Liess has technology and tradition in supplying all cellar piping, with manual, semi-automatic and automatic projects, producing complete cellars in turnkey or in parts, depending on the demands of each situation.

Beer Filtration
The company provides complete installations for Beer Filtration and Blending, designed and produced in Brazil, consisting of components that are a reference in the world market, with cost advantages and technical assistance, operating manually or automatically. In addition to tanks, pipes and general components, there is the alternative of supplying or integrating deaeration, blending and carbonation equipment, always with the guarantee of safe and reliable operation.
We offer the option of Liess Candle Filters, made in the country, with components and accessories from the best global suppliers, as well as the possibility of integrating filters from other brands or membrane technology, according to each customer's specification.
